Is it too soon for me to start using the expression "solid as a Laval overpass" to describe things that appear likely to fall apart for no apparent reason?

Also, can we get some similar rituals off the ground for construction company bigwigs and the politicians who are responsible for them, and anyone else who might bear some blame for what happened?
