I spent the whole weekend at Marc's place. It was wonderful. Even though I got less work done than I otherwise would have, I still feel far less stressed out than I did on Friday.

The weirdest thing about the relationship is the fact that it doesn't feel weird at all.

Weird.

In a good way, of course.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~

I want to make cheese tea biscuits for the department Christmas potluck on Friday. I bought baking supplies at the grocery store tonight. Flour (a powdery mess), shortening (a big ol' brick of trans fat), and baking powder (the little tins were on sale, but they were out of the little ones, so I had to buy a big one. Like I'm ever going to use up 450g of baking powder). I forgot to pick up the one essential tool I need to make these things, though.

Where can I find me a cheap pastry blender?

Bonus points if you can guess where I got the recipe. It's a really, really good recipe.

I got it in seventh grade family studies class.

If you're at all curious, I haven't heard back from Mike.

*sigh*

He's a good guy. I don't want to shrug, and say "well, he's a politician," and leave it at that.

Today was the last day of classes!

WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!

Yes, I still have exams. And assignments. And lab work to do. But, you see.... oh, shut up. Let me have this.
