the oqlf is my bitch! I had a feeling it was good news as soon as I saw the envelope. It was a big, stiff 8x10 with ne pas plier (do not fold) stamped on the outside. Why the hell would they care if someone folded a letter telling me I needed to retake part of the test? I had it open before the elevator got up to my floor.
