why not just call? Okay, tell me if this is weird behaviour-- I telephone someone, cell to cell. Due to some glitch in the system, the call doesn't go through. Still, there is a record on the phone of the person I was trying to call that I called. This person wants to talk to me, and SO-- --sends me a text message that says "Call back."
